I offer a range of virtual therapy services to clients of all ages, including individual, relationship, and family therapy, along with parent coaching and both individual and group therapy skills lessons. I also offer mental health, social-emotional, and wellness curriculum creating, consulting, and facilitating for schools, groups, and organizations of any size. 

Full-rate, 50-minute sessions are $125 and are self-pay only. 

I also offer sliding scale services rooted in economic justice, accessibility, and trust. Clients are encouraged to reflect on their financial situation and select a fee tier that feels sustainable - no documentation required.

My practice operates on a self-pay basis and does not accept insurance. However, if you are eligible for out-of-network benefits through your insurance company, I am happy to provide a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement.

RCSWI stands for Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida. It is a provisional status that means I am actively pursuing licensure and currently working under the guidance of a licensed clinical social worker for mentorship and consultation. I’m fully trained and committed to providing safe, effective, and supportive care.

Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, and it’s okay if it takes time! It often feels like trying to find the perfect pair of jeans. A good fit usually feels like someone who makes you feel understood, supported, and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Yes! I create and facilitate engaging and customizable presentations and workshops for schools, organizations, and groups on mental health, social-emotional learning, and wellness. I also provide stand-alone curriculum creating and consulting services. 

Yes! My client referral program is called Care Circle. If a current client refers someone who schedules and completes their first session, they will receive 50% off their next session as a small “thank-you”. (This program is completely optional and has no impact on client therapeutic care.)
