I offer sliding scale services based on an economic justice-rooted model that invites clients to reflect on their financial access and choose a fee tier that aligns with their circumstances — no documentation required.
Self-pay services; I do not accept insurance. (Pay by Zelle, cash, check.)
- If you are eligible for out-of-network benefits through your insurance company, I am happy to provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Have a stable income, savings, or access to generational wealth
Can comfortably meet basic needs and afford extras like travel or dining out
Want to help subsidize therapy for others with fewer resources

Have limited savings or some debt
Can afford therapy but it may feel like a stretch

This tier is for clients who:

Have difficulty meeting basic needs
Have little to no disposable income or savings
Would not otherwise be able to access therapy without a lower fee
