Mental Health Therapy (*Telehealth/Virtual Sessions):

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) dedicated to helping others fill their tool boxes with strategies to best regulate their emotions and tolerate moments of distress. I know that starting therapy can feel scary. It’s my goal to make you feel safe, supported, and seen. I offer strengths-based, affirming care - meeting you where you are and creating a space for you to share freely and without judgment. We’ll work together to help you find connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that you can gain control over your emotions and autonomy over your life.

My therapeutic approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tenets like mindfulness, radical acceptance, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation - all wrapped in genuine empathy, warmth, and kindness. I am passionate about increasing support for marginalized individuals, and I am committed to creating an affirming environment that is culturally responsive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed.

PARENT COACHING

A supportive space for caregivers to ask questions, learn strategies, understand their child’s needs, and feel more equipped in their role. We integrate the skills your child is learning in therapy and develop practical tools that help you better support their growth and development. Especially helpful for parents navigating sexual orientation and/or gender identity exploration, conflict, or big emotions at home.

THERAPY SKILLS LESSONS

 Empowering, skills-focused sessions designed to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.  Informed by evidence-based DBT skills, these virtual psychoeducational lessons break down practical coping strategies into clear, accessible steps you can start using right away. Sessions are available one-on-one or in small groups, giving you flexibility and personalized support.

Mental Health, Social-Emotional, & Wellness Curriculum:

 With over a decade of experience teaching and supporting students in grades K–12, I am passionate about making mental health education engaging, relevant, and accessible for all. I partner with schools, programs, and organizations to provide meaningful, developmentally appropriate mental health and social-emotional curricula, tailored to meet the unique needs of every community.

Facilitated Workshops:

 Interactive, engaging presentations that bring mental health and social-emotional learning directly to groups of any size. Workshops can be fully customized for your audience (students, staff, youth programs, or workplace teams) and designed to align with your group’s developmental stage, goals, and challenges. Whether you’re seeking a single session, a multi-part series, or a themed learning experience, each workshop provides actionable tools participants can use immediately. Sessions are available in-person (with travel options) or virtually, making mental health education accessible wherever your group is.

Curriculum Creation & Consulting:

Services include designing curriculum from scratch, enhancing existing lessons, or tailoring content to meet the needs of diverse learners. Lesson plans (pre-designed or fully customized) blend practical coping strategies, accessible psychoeducation, and interactive activities that build emotional awareness, foster self-confidence, and improve overall well-being.

  • Self-Esteem & Confidence Building: A space to explore how you see yourself and gently challenge the stories that make you feel “not enough.” Together, we build confidence, nurture self-compassion, and foster a deeper sense of worth.


  • Relationships & Communication: For navigating conflict, repeated patterns, or challenges in friendships, family dynamics, and romantic connections. If expressing yourself feels tangled or hard to access, we explore new ways of speaking, listening, and connecting. We focus on developing effective communication skills, setting boundaries, and addressing your underlying emotional needs so your relationships can feel healthier and more secure.


  • Neurodivergence & ADHD Support: Whether you identify with ADHD, autism, or broader neurodivergent traits, this is a space where your way of thinking is respected and understood. We celebrate your strengths as we develop supportive strategies for focus, routines, emotional regulation, and self-understanding that fit your brain. 


  • Healing after Trauma: Gentle, paced trauma-informed support that prioritizes your emotional safety. We focus on grounding, understanding your story, and developing tools to help your nervous system feel steadier. You are always in control of the pace.


  • Life Transitions & Changes: Changes (big or small) can feel like a lot. This space helps you make sense of shifting roles, school changes, identity changes, moves, breakups, or any new chapter with care and intention. We slow down, get grounded, and find the path forward together.


  • Grief, Loss, & Bereavement: Grief is complex and life-long. It comes in waves that feel gentle, heavy, and everything in between. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, or a version of life you imagined, here you can set down what hurts, honor what’s been lost, and move through your emotions at a pace that feels safe.
